We're finally home after a jam packed 16 day trip to Michigan. We had a lay over in Chicago so Austin got to enjoy playing in their children's play area.
The play area was a mini airport. There was an airplane, a helicopter, a gas vehicle, a check in area and an air traffic control tower.
There was a slide on the back of the airplane. Austin liked to throw the "luggage" down the back of it.
Austin had a blast while Abigail took a nap. We tried everything possible to keep her awake so she would sleep on the next flight. As you can see, we lost the battle.
Stay tuned for Part II, camping with Grandma & Grandpa Ringman.

What a way to spend your lay over. All airports need a children's play zone. Love the pictures.
man, i'm jealous...that play airport looks fun! :)
That play area looked like so much fun! How cool that Austin could try out all the jobs at the airport. But I want to know how exactly did Abigail get into the position where she is sleeping on her Dad's knee???
